DTP Artist

We are seeking a talented DTP Artist to join the team at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a DTP Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and layouts for digital and print materials. Your work will be integral to our communication and branding efforts, ensuring that all visual content meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Key responsibilities

• Design and layout digital and print materials, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Prepare files for print production, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
• Utilise design software and tools to create professional-quality layouts, graphics, and visual compositions
• Collaborate with creative directors, marketing teams, and clients to understand design requirements and project objectives
• Incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver designs that meet client and organisational standards
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity across all materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines and delivering quality outputs
• Stay updated with current design trends, software updates, and industry best practices
• Organise and archive design files and project documentation for future reference

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Corel
• DRAW, or similar applications
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition
• Experience in preparing files for print production and knowledge of print specifications and file formats
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency across multiple projects
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and respond constructively to feedback
• Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and web-based design principles
• A portfolio demonstrating previous DTP, design, or illustration work is highly desirable
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in graphic design, digital media, or related fields are preferred
