Candidate must producing high-quality visual assets for both Marketing Company and its clients. Responsibilities include designing social media graphics, email marketing creatives, website banners, digital marketing assets, branded collateral, print materials, and other visual content as required. Exceptional graphic design skills are essential and non-negotiable.

The role also involves creating and editing engaging video content for social media, as well as developing creative concepts for online campaigns and promotional materials.

In addition, the candidate will manage day-to-day social media activities using the company's proprietary AI platform, Social Studio OS (training will be provided). Responsibilities include planning social media content calendars, scheduling content 1–2 months in advance, and implementing strategies to organically grow client social media accounts.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working directly with clients to understand their brand voice, company culture, messaging, and overall marketing objectives, ensuring authentic and consistent communication across all platforms.

Additional responsibilities include producing social media and email marketing performance reports, attending regular Zoom meetings with the team, completing follow-up tasks efficiently, and maintaining excellent communication throughout all projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in social media management
• Experience growing social media accounts organically
• Strong branding and content creation skills
• Video editing experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Quick learner with strong digital literacy and AI proficiency
