The incumbent provides immediate first aid and basic healthcare services to employees, ensuring proper assessment, treatment, and referrals when necessary. The incumbent also maintains accurate medical records, processes medical assistance claims, and assists in the documentation of sick leave applications. The role includes managing clinic inventory, handling purchase requests, and ensuring the cleanliness and working condition of equipment and facilities. Additionally, the incumbent participates in health and safety programs, conducts workplace inspections, and coordinates health teaching sessions. The incumbent upholds patient confidentiality and complies with nursing standards and company safety protocols.
