Deliver a premium customer experience by thanking clients for their previous purchases, reinforcing the value of their investment, and introducing other supplement products. Educate customers on the benefits of other products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and referral sources within the CRM system to ensure follow-up and performance tracking. Consistently meet or exceed outreach, contributing to overall sales growth and customer retention efforts.
