Are you an experienced ESL teacher or academic educator ready to step into corporate training? We’re looking for passionate communication experts to help our team master professional English fluency in a dynamic BPO environment. What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
- Proven experience in ESL teaching, academic instruction (SHS/College level preferred), or training facilitation.
- Strong presentation, workshop design, and Microsoft Office skills.
- BPO experience is a plus, but not required!
What You’ll Do
- Train & Coach: Lead English fluency, pronunciation, and accent neutralization workshops for new hires and current employees.
- Evaluate & Assess: Conduct voice assessments during recruitment and provide regular, targeted feedback to improve team communication.
- Collaborate: Partner with Operations to align language training with performance goals and maintain quality standards across teams.
