College Instructor (Business) - AMACC East Rizal

We are seeking a dedicated College Instructor (Business) to join our academic team at AMA Computer College Inc., East Rizal campus in Antipolo City, Rizal. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of business professionals. As a Business Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality instruction in business-related courses, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for success in the corporate world. Your contributions will directly impact student learning outcomes and help establish AMACC as a center of academic excellence in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive business coursework aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives
• Create and implement engaging lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools that promote active student learning

Conduct lectures, seminars, and practical sessions across various business disciplines such as management, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior

• Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, projects, and presentations, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth
• Maintain detailed records of student attendance, grades, and progress, ensuring compliance with institutional policies
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary approaches and ensure curriculum coherence
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous curriculum improvement initiatives
• Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, supporting their professional development and career aspirations
• Stay current with industry developments and integrate contemporary business practices and case studies into teaching
• Utilize educational technology and learning management systems to enhance the teaching and learning experience
• Contribute to the overall academic culture and reputation of AMACC East Rizal

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Management, Accounting, or a related field; Doctoral degree preferred
• Proven teaching experience in tertiary education, preferably in business or related disciplines
• Strong subject matter expertise in one or more business areas such as management, accounting, economics, finance, marketing, or human resources
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Proficiency in using educational technology platforms and learning management systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple courses and administrative

responsibilities

• Commitment to professional development and staying abreast of current trends and best practices in business education
• Professional accreditation or certification in relevant business fields (e.g., CPA, CMA, PMP) is advantageous
• Industry experience in the business or corporate sector would be beneficial and add practical value to instruction
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the institution's academic community
