Job Summary: We're making room on our team for a detail-oriented Contract Drafting Paralegal to support legal documentation across multiple brands. The role involves preparing franchise agreements, transfer documents, and related legal paperwork from our established templates and precedents. A great candidate has strong general contract drafting and paralegal fundamentals and works comfortably on their own while following precise document standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare franchise agreements from company-provided templates and precedents

• Produce franchise transfer documents and related legal paperwork
• Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy, consistency, and formatting compliance
• Maintain orderly records of contracts, templates, and precedent files
• Consult with leadership to clarify document requirements for each transaction
• Apply established clause structures and formatting standards uniformly across documents
• Follow document status and pursue outstanding signatures or approvals
• Help with general paralegal tasks and legal research when needed
• Mandatory Skills: Strong general contract drafting skills
• Solid paralegal fundamentals, including document preparation and legal formatting
• Law degree or paralegal certificate
• Meticulous attention to detail with legal documents
• Organized, precise, and independent in your work
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred Skills: Experience with franchise agreements or franchising-related legal work
• Background supporting multi-brand or multi-entity businesses
• Knowledge of contract management or document tracking tools
• Ability to manage a few projects at the same time
