Full job description

• The ideal candidate should be dynamic, energetic, and eager to learn and assist the Foundation. A social sciences, business management, communication arts or related course student in their last year of education. The OJT will work with a small team of program officers and a financial analyst.

OJT Responsibilities

• Perform diverse clerical duties such as filing, archiving, inventorying, inputting raw data into spreadsheets, digitizing hard files, etc.
• Manually enter data into our accounting books and journals as supervised by our Finance Analyst
• Help with the research, data gathering and other supporting activities for the development of our existing environmental programs.
• Support in completing administrative and program-related documentation work such as taking minutes of the meeting, assist in making activity reports, filling up forms based on existing templates, taking and archiving photos of activities, etc.
• Assist in other administrative and program coordination tasks as they arise
• Physical attendance and assistance during Foundation activities if necessary

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Filipino Citizen
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Filipino
• Graduating college student in social sciences, business management, comm arts or a related field stud

• Organizational skills, use of time and resources efficiently and effectively, ability to prioritize tasks
• Is adaptable, asks questions when things are unclear, has good basic problem solving skills
• Research and writing skills
• Has a positive attitude and desire to learn
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Php100.00 - Php150.00 per day
