You'll manage a high volume of warm inbound and re-engagement leads across multiple locations and close them A to Z:Own the full sales cycle - first contact, discovery, objection handling, close. The sale is yours from start to finish. Close over the phone - convert leads directly into paying members, not just booked appointments. Book high-show appointments - where an in-club tour is the right path, you qualify hard and book appointments that actually show. Work a serious pipeline - thousands of leads monthly across the company, managed through our CRM with clear structure and follow-up cadences. Perform against real KPIs - conversion rate, revenue, show rate, speed to lead. We track everything, publish leaderboards, and reward the top of the board. Generate referral leads - turn happy new members into your next pipeline by asking for and converting referrals as a natural part of every close. What you get

Proven closing results. You can show us your numbers - conversion rates, revenue closed, rankings. 2+ years in phone-based sales where you closed the deal yourself (fitness, insurance, real estate, SaaS, solar - industry matters less than results). Excellent spoken English and genuine rapport-building ability - you sound like a consultant, not a script reader. Competitive by nature. You check the leaderboard. You want to be on top of it. Coachable. The best closers here are the ones who take feedback and sharpen fast. Fitness industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
