Kidvestors is a financial literacy program for kids that delivers engaging workshops, interactive games, and real-world learning experiences for young learners. We’re looking for a Response & Sales Coordinator who is excellent with people, highly responsive, organized, and—most importantly—knows how to turn inquiries into actual enrollments. This is not a purely administrative role. You will be one of the main people representing Kidvestors to parents, partners, schools, and communities. What you’ll do
Sales & Parent Communication
Own Kidvestors inquiries from first message through enrollment. Respond to parents through Facebook/Messenger, email, and other channels. Answer questions clearly and confidently and recommend the right program. Follow up with interested parents and close enrollments. Maintain an updated lead and enrollment tracker. Achieve sales target
Partnerships & Business Development
Build and manage a pipeline of potential school, community, parent-group, and other strategic partners. Reach out to potential partners and introduce Kidvestors programs. Develop relationships and coordinate proposals,

s, and requirements. Close partnerships that can generate recurring workshops and enrollments. Help expand Kidvestors beyond direct parent inquiries. Workshop & Operations Support
Coordinate with facilitators and confirm

- Prepare and organize session requirements. Attend selected workshops and events as Kidvestors' on-site representative. Assist parents and facilitators during sessions and ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with venues and partners when needed. Marketing Support
Create and adapt simple Canva materials using existing Kidvestors templates. Support promotional campaigns and announcements. Coordinate with interns or other creatives when needed. We’re looking for someone who is
Excellent at communicating with parents—warm, confident, and professional. Sales-oriented and comfortable closing, not just answering inquiries. Proactive with follow-ups and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and
schedule
- Comfortable talking to schools, organizations, and potential partners. Resourceful and able to solve problems independently. Comfortable with Canva and basic social media tools. Willing to attend workshops and events in Metro Manila when needed. Fluent in both English and Filipino. What we offer₱15,000–₱18,000 monthly freelance retainer, depending on experience. Performance-based sales commissions and incentives.₱5,000 bonus when the assigned batch reaches 20 enrolled students. Additional commission opportunities for successfully closed partnerships.
