HR Employee Engagement Supervisor

Job Description: Facilitate engagement, employee satisfaction activities, feedback programs and projects in support of corporate climate advancement and positive employee experience. Establish and drive employee feedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthen employee experience. Bring the outside in: keep up to date with trends and developments around employee engagement and use it to come up with fresh ideas to engage. Collaborate with the different sections in HR to ensure positive experience in each stage of the employee life cycle. Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of organizational development initiatives, projects and programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.2-3 years work experience in the same capacity. Experienced in planning and managing company events, including big, special, and internal activities. Highly skilled in Canva and other creative/digital tools. Proficient in MS Office applications. Creative, organized, proactive, and can work well with different teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced organizational skills with ability to handle multiple assignments. Experience in Onboarding and OD is an advantage. Willing to be assigned in Makati City and can start ASAP.
