About the role
- The Test Analyst supports the Test Manager in delivering high-quality software and certification testing for Banc
Net systems and participant certification. The role focuses on hands-on test design, execution, and defect management, while also ensuring correct use of environments, tools, and automation. As a senior member of the testing team, the position provides technical expertise, peer mentoring, and knowledge sharing, acting as a bridge between junior testers and Test Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science or Business Technology
- With at least 3 years of experience in software testing, including test design, execution, and defect management.
- Experience in financial systems or payment networks preferred.
- ISTQB - Certified Test Foundation Level required; Advanced or Automation certifications an advantage
- Knowledge on SDLC, Defect Management
- Exposure to financial or payments system
- Business Orientation, Execution Excellence Self Development, Ethical Propensity, Customer Orientation, Learning Agility, Resiliency, Collaboration and Innovative Thinking
- Certification Testing, UAT, SIT, Regression, Bug Life Cycle, Test Processes and Workflow; Test case design, execution, defect lifecycle management, test automation support, environment validation, and reporting
