PROJECT MANAGER – ERP / GOVERNMENT PROJECTS

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years of project management experience, with a strong background in ERP implementations and government projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex projects from planning through delivery and is PMP Certified.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end ERP and government projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements. Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality, and timelines. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders. Ensure projects comply with established processes, standards, and government requirements. Drive issue resolution and ensure successful project implementation and turnover. About you10+ years of experience in Project Management. Proven experience handling ERP projects and/or government projects.PMP Certification is mandatory. Strong experience in project planning, implementation, risk management, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex project requirements. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.ERP implementation / transformation projects. Government or public-sector projects. Large-scale IT projects.
