School Nurse

Far Eastern University (FEU) is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Nurse to join our esteemed team. As a School Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our students, faculty, and staff. This full-time position is based in our Sampaloc Manila City Metro Manila campus. What you'll be doing

Treats illnesses, injuries and gives medications to students in order to provide healthcare services. Provides healthcare services to students, employees, faculty and staff, such as treating illnesses, injuries, and giving medications

Addition, they manage emergency situations, provide routine health exams, and keep an eye on chronic health concerns, medical referrals and validating medical certificates. Maintaining accurate medical records

• Promoting health education and awareness initiatives within the school community
• Responding to emergency situations when needed
• What we're looking forA registered nurse with a valid license to practice
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a school nursing or bedside healthcare setting; Fresh graduates may also apply
• Preferably with training in Basic Life Support
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric and adolescent health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in emergency situations
• Proficient in using medical equipment and Microsoft Office apps
• Commitment to promoting a healthy and safe school environment
