Junior Accounting Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accounting Associate to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting reporting and administrative requirements.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid
• Location: Makati City
• Office Schedule: 2 days per week onsite
• Work Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate accounting and financial transactions
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment processing
• Prepare and organize accounting documents,

• Assist in bank and account reconciliations
• Support the preparation of financial and management reports
• Monitor and maintain proper filing of accounting records
• Assist with tax, audit, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on accounting-related matters
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to handle confidential financial information with discretion
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
• Willing to work on a Monday-to-Saturday schedule and report onsite in Makati 2 days per week
