We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying qualified leads for our clients while providing exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Identify and qualify leads based on client criteria and ensure they are passed on to the appropriate team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Provide clients with accurate and comprehensive information about products and services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client needs to tailor solutions effectively.
• Accurately document interactions and update CRM systems to reflect client interactions and lead qualifications.
• Continuously improve customer satisfaction through feedback and proactive problem-solving.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Execute admin tasks and virtual assistance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Experience in lead qualification is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Your rate will be ₱22,000.00 - ₱24,000.00 per month
