Your Role: As a Virtual Assistant (Marketing & Lead Generation), you will: Manage digital marketing initiatives and engage with incoming prospects across social media, email, messaging, and phone to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads. Communicate product and service benefits clearly to prospective clients while building trust and educating them using approved health and wellness materials. Convert qualified leads into booked appointments with healthcare providers through proactive lead nurturing, direct scheduling, and appointment confirmation workflows. Track lead activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within CRM systems while escalating clinical or medical inquiries to appropriate providers. Support payment collection activities by following up on outstanding client balances and maintaining accurate transaction records according to established processes. What You Need: Non-negotiables

Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or customer engagement. Strong digital savviness with comfort managing prospects across social media channels, email, messaging platforms, and CRM tools. Exceptional relationship-building, organization, and follow-up skills with a goal-oriented mindset to hit booking targets. Proactive attitude with the ability to quickly learn health and wellness products and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills/expertiseFull bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) with a professional, personable, and persuasive communication style.Prior experience in the health, wellness, dietary supplements, or healthcare industry. Hands-on background running digital marketing or social media lead campaigns. Experience navigating CRM systems and lead management software. Proven track record in inside sales, appointment setting, or pipeline management. Experience supporting payment collections, invoicing, or customer account administration.–About Micro
