Production Support Analyst | ASAP | Makati

We are looking for a Production Support Analyst to join our team and provide critical support for business applications and production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AS/400 environments and hands-on exposure to PSEA/G400. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, incident management expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day production support for business-critical applications and systems. Monitor application performance, identify issues, and ensure system availability. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution. Support batch processing, job monitoring, and application deployments. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures. Participate in on-call support and production maintenance activities as required. Required

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Production Support Analyst or similar support role. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AS/400Experience supporting applications utilizing PSEA/G400.
