Join Ivoclar as a Web Content Administrator and help keep our global and regional websites accurate, engaging, and up to date. You'll manage website content, publishing workflows, digital assets, and quality checks while applying basic SEO and accessibility best practices. Working with Marketing, Product, Digital, and regional teams, you'll help deliver a consistent and high-quality digital experience for users worldwide. Your Role Upload, update, and maintain website content, landing pages, product pages, and digital assets within the CMS. Create and update pages using approved templates and content. Perform pre-publication QA checks for formatting, links, responsiveness, functionality, and overall user experience. Schedule, publish, archive, and maintain approved website content. Apply basic SEO practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, alt text, URL structure, and internal linking. Ensure website content follows brand, accessibility, and content governance standards. Manage content requests through established workflows and ticketing systems. Coordinate with Marketing, Product Category Managers, Digital Product Owners, and regional teams to collect, validate, and publish content. Maintain content structures, reusable components, and digital asset libraries within the CMS. Identify and address broken links, outdated content, formatting issues, and website inconsistencies. Support content lifecycle management, CMS housekeeping, and website improvements. Provide users with CMS publishing guidance and basic troubleshooting support. Profile description: Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Web Development, or a related field, with relevant experience in web content or CMS administration. Hands-on experience managing and publishing website content and digital assets such as images, videos, PDFs, landing pages, and product content. Working knowledge of HTML fundamentals, SEO, web accessibility, and website content optimization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail, with a focus on content accuracy and consistency. Highly organized and able to manage multiple content requests, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
