About the role
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Licensed Architect or Engineer is an advantage
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC for architectural or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit-out works, and construction standards
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, inspections, and documentation
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is preferred
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
- Skilled in preparing inspection reports, NCRs, punch lists, and quality records
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and related construction software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Willing to work on-site and conduct regular inspections
