ACCOUNTANT/PAYROLL

SKY ADS INC. is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong hands-on experience in Payroll, BIR Compliance, and Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll processing and reconciliation, ensuring timely BIR compliance, and preparing reliable financial reports for management.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review, and validate payroll computations. Review salaries, allowances, deductions, adjustments, and other payroll-related transactions. Reconcile payroll reports with accounting records. Prepare payroll-related journal entries and supporting

• Coordinate with HR regarding attendance, employee movements, salary adjustments, and deductions. Monitor payroll liabilities and government-mandated contributions. Prepare and review BIR returns,

s, and supporting documents. Handle applicable withholding taxes, VAT or percentage tax, income tax, and other BIR requirements. Monitor tax filing and payment deadlines. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), but strong relevant experience may also be considered. At least 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Payroll Accounting. Strong knowledge of BIR Compliance and Philippine Taxation. Proven experience in Financial Reporting and Financial Statement Preparation. Experience with general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
