• Graduate of bachelor’s degree in IT, BS Computer Science, Information Science, or other related courses (BSIT / BSCS / BSIS).
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft and/or Migration, with a strong background Information Technology, or related technical support fields.
• Good written and oral communication skills

The Skills WE REQUIRE

• Experienced in Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams, with a solid track record in Microsoft migration and cloud integration projects.
• Skilled in implementing and managing security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, authentication systems, log management, and content filtering.
• Knowledgeable in IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions

The Role TO PERFORM

• Install/Deploy FDC security Solutions to Customers Design and Implement FDC Solutions.
• Perform Product and functional Presentations to customers.
• Perform post-sales support to customers.
• Perform Business Analysts functions for the deployment projects.
