Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We need a proactive Social Media Marketing Manager to run our social media presence and support our marketing automation efforts. The role covers content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and reporting across our connected platforms. The right fit is results-focused, creative, and comfortable working within a CRM-driven marketing system. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage a content calendar across social media platforms

Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms through GoHighLevelSupport marketing campaigns and workflow automation linked to social channels

• Create and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts
• Monitor community engagement and reply to comments and messages promptly
• Track engagement metrics and pull together performance insights
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and growth
• Manage automation panels connected to social media platforms
• Mandatory Skills: Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

Familiarity with GoHigh

• Level or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool
• Experience creating and repurposing short-form video content
• Strong content calendar planning and scheduling skills
• Consistent, detail-focused, and able to self-manage
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred Skills: Experience growing a social media following organically
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience supporting LinkedIn content strategy or networking efforts
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
