We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team and support key HR operations, employee engagement activities, HR reporting, and employee lifecycle processes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain and regularly update the SAP HCM Organizational Management (OM) module. Prepare and maintain HR reports and employee-related records. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. Support onboarding and exit processing of employees. Assist with Third-Party billing and other HR administrative requirements. Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders on various HR-related concerns. Perform other HR-related functions and administrative tasks as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or other related courses. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. With at least 1–2 years of work experience in the HR field. With advanced knowledge of SAP HCM Module, particularly SAP HCM OM.Capable of organizing and executing employee engagement and CSR events. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Technology savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
