This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion. About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Open to college graduates or college undergraduates who completed at least 1st year in college

• Must have at least 1 yr BPO work experience
• Willing to work full-time onsite in both Cubao and Mandaluyong (Boni). Strong communication skills
• Amenable to shifting
