UI UX

• Assist in creating user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to understand user requirements.
• Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly interface designs.
• Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms.
• Create UI assets, icons, illustrations, and design components following established design systems.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's design system.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Participate in design reviews and continuously improve the user experience based on feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, layout, spacing, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
