QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, HR, Records Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
• Extensive experience in payroll and government statutory coordination and reporting.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to manage HR processes end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Acts as a reliable point of contact for employees, managers, vendors, and HR stakeholders.
• Ensures smooth execution of employee lifecycle activities while maintaining service quality and compliance.
• _Willing to work hybrid setup in BGC, Taguig City

JOB SUMMARY – SCOPE OF WORK

• Provide guidance and support as the first point of contact for managers and employees on employee life cycle events.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of local HR processes and policies.
• Manage all HR external stakeholders, including contract management, renewals, and other administrative support.
• Coordinate in-country HR communications to drive organizational engagement and understanding of HR processes across various communication channels.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to support employee development.
• Oversee HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation.
• Plan and organize employee recognition programs, events, and activities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related initiatives and projects to completion.
