About the role
A Regional Sales Manager leads and supervises sales teams to achieve revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, training and mentoring staff, analyzing sales data, and managing daily operations of the sales department.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives
- Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to acquire new clients
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
- Compile and analyze sales data to create reports on performance for senior management
About you
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, often with a track record of sales leadership
- Experience as Sales Manager in FMCG is an advantage
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Willing to travel
- Can start immediately
