Software Engineer

What we offer:  Hybrid work setup  Work on weekdays only  Paid vacation and sick leaves  Opportunity for business travel  HMO up to 2 dependents  Company holiday plan  You must have the following:  Degree in BS Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related degrees  Basic proficiency in using C programming language Basic problem solving and debugging skills Basic knowledge of communication and networking concepts (e.g. frequency, bandwidth, TCP/IP, OSI model) Ability to learn new concepts (e.g. 3GPP spec research, 4G/5G network protocol knowledge)  Ability to read, understand, and then modify existing codebase Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!  It is not required, but we'd like you to have:  Experience in using graphical programming tools (e.g. MATLAB, NI LabVIEW) Experience in using other programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, C++, C#) Experience in version control software (e.g. Git, SVN, etc.)  Experience with automated testing, unit testing, or Test-Driven Development (TDD) Experience with batch or shell scripting Understanding of software design principles Additional considerations: Interest in learning new technologies and frameworks Willingness to work with and maintain existing codebases Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to research and understand technical specifications and documentation What you’ll do:  The role includes applying theoretical knowledge to real-world projects and systems.  Development in managing time, meeting deadlines, and executing tasks within established project frameworks.  Exposure to managing small tasks within projects and assisting in planning and execution under supervision.  Opportunities to learn and develop project management skills as part of a structured growth plan  Begin to develop basic customer relations skills by observing and interacting with internal and external stakeholders under guidance.
