WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers through phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, internet, and connectivity concerns
• Guide customers through step-by-step technical solutions
• Resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or abovecrm s
• With or without BPO/technical support experience
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer skills and technical aptitude
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting
