With at least 2-4 years of working experience in Property Management specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Willing to be assigned to any of the following locations: Boracay, Aklan
Laurel, Batangas
Plaridel, Bulacan
Sta Barbara, Iloilo
Tanza, Cavite
Duties and Responsibilities: To ensure the billing and collection of all unit owners are properly accounted and deposited. To monitor the expenses/disbursements on site with proper approval of the Board of Directors. Prepare financial reports and filling of BIR.
