Mitsubishi Bacoor Motor Corporation is looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals to join our dealership sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Mitsubishi vehicles through showroom, mall, online, and field sales activities
• Find and develop prospective customers through social media, referrals, networking, prospecting, and lead generation
• Respond to customer inquiries and identify their vehicle needs
• Present Mitsubishi models, features, pricing, financing options, and current promotions
• Assist buyers with vehicle selection, financing requirements, and sales documentation
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and conduct timely follow-ups
• Manage customer leads and develop opportunities from inquiry to successful sale
• Build lasting customer relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and vehicle release process
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership sales performance🔹

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required

Experience in automotive sales, retail, banking, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing roles is a plus

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident when approaching customers and presenting products
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, persistent, and results-oriented
• Willing to learn automotive sales, financing processes, and Mitsubishi products
• Comfortable working with sales quotas, targets, commissions, and performance incentives
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
