Maya story to life by creating engaging content, supporting meaningful talent initiatives, and strengthening the experiences that attract and connect great people to Maya.
✨ Get exposure to the following key areas
- Brand Storytelling & Content Development: Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and internal platforms that showcases Maya's culture, values, and employee stories.
- Talent Experience Programs: Support the planning and execution of employer branding campaigns, events, and candidate experience initiatives that bring the #Bolder

- Insights & Analytics: Monitor engagement metrics, gather feedback from key initiatives, and help identify opportunities to strengthen Maya's employer brand
🔎 What we're looking for
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications, or any related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends
- Background in content development and employer branding
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Amenable to a hybrid work setup, with at least 2x a week onsite
