Full job description

ATIDIV is looking for more Freelancers!!!

• Technical Support Specialist – E-commerce / Shopify
• Experience with Shopify, E-commerce & SaaS Technology
• Strong technical troubleshooting & customer-facing experience

INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Implementation, or similar roles
• Strong Shopify and e-commerce experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrations, tracking, analytics, pixels, and third-party apps
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and browser developer tools
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with e-commerce brands, agencies, or marketers
• Stable internet, own device & quiet workspace

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle and resolve customer technical support requests
• Troubleshoot Shopify, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and tracking issues
• Investigate and resolve issues independently; escalate product bugs when needed
• Assist customers with Shopify setup and integrations
• Perform QA testing of customer implementations and platform updates
• Join customer calls or screen shares when needed
• Work with Product and Engineering to resolve recurring issues
• Create and maintain support documentation
