ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Social Media Associate maintains the company’s online presence. His/Her main responsibilities include developing strategies to generate a fan base and increase traffic on social media platforms on Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. These strategies are conceptualized by creating a strategic campaign calendar with goals and agendas to increase engagements, audience reaches, and brand awareness. Assist with digital media research and media planning

• Consult with Branding and other departments to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives
• Assist in developing and presenting creative briefs to the team
• Assist in developing social media campaigns in support of line of business objectives
• Suggest insights and analysis that will fuel the social media campaign
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external marketing partners, media

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field. At least one year of relevant work experience in a similar field is preferred. Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and can work under pressure. Strong organization and project management skills.
