About the role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a Financial Services account. You will assist customers with their inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience while following established processes and service standards.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
- Willing to work on a night shift
- Applicants with 6–24 months or 25+ months of BPO experience are welcome
Compensation
For candidates with 6–24 months BPO experience: Basic Salary: ₱17,000Non-Taxable Allowance: ₱2,200For candidates with 25+ months BPO experience: Basic Salary: ₱18,000Non-Taxable Allowance: ₱2,200Milestone Bonus: ₱10,000₱3,000 – upon successful endorsement to the Production Floor₱7,000 – upon successful completion of the project
