About the role
ATOS Information Technology Inc. is seeking a Platform Engineer - ServiceNow for a global role based in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will see you take on a strategic role within our engineering team, focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform infrastructure. What do you need to bring in:
- 5+ years in Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure roles
- Strong ServiceNow administration and platform support experience
- Knowledge of ITSM, IT Operations, and Service Delivery
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, or Groovy scripting
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with platform upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and automation
- ServiceNow CSA or CIS certification preferred.
