What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
• Processing customer requests and transactions accurately and promptly
• Maintaining detailed and organised records of all customer interactions
• Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff when necessary
• Following company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues
• Meeting performance targets and quality standards set by the company

Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate

• With at least 6 months BPO experience
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work on a night shift
