Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content & Social Media Specialist to develop and manage engaging content across multiple brands. You will adapt messaging, tone, and creative direction to different audiences, build strategic content calendars, research trends, repurpose existing content, and coordinate with creative team members.A portfolio is required with your application. We're prioritising candidates who can execute independently from brief instructions without close supervision. Responsibilities

Content Calendars: Develop monthly content calendars across multiple brands and platforms. Copywriting: Write engaging, natural captions, social copy, and marketing content. Research: Track content ideas, industry trends, competitors, and audience interests. Repurposing: Turn existing content into fresh, platform-specific posts. Creation Support: Assist with basic graphics or short-form content when needed. Coordination: Work with graphic designers and video editors to develop creative assets. Scheduling: Schedule and publish content across social platforms. Brand Adaptation: Adjust tone and creative direction to different brand identities. Performance: Monitor engagement and content performance, and identify improvement opportunities. Qualifications &

Requirements

Verified portfolio of work samples included with application. Proven experience in content creation and social media management across multiple brands or accounts. Strong copywriting with excellent written English and a natural, non-templated voice. Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement. Able to adapt writing style and creative direction across brand identities. Strong research and competitor analysis skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
