Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of innovative business solutions. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring products deliver maximum value to customers while aligning with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap. Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional requirements. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, operations, and support functions. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement sessions. Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to recommend enhancements. Drive continuous product improvements to enhance user experience and business outcomes. Develop business cases and recommendations for new features and initiatives. Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities, and product delivery timelines. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles. Experience working in technology, digital platforms, financial services, e-commerce, or similar industries. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycles. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in project management, business process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Preferred Skills
