About the role
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, Atlassian administration, platform engineering, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence administration
- Experience configuring workflows, schemes, dashboards, custom fields, permissions, and project settings
- Experience managing user accounts, groups, roles, and access rights
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and scalable system architectures
- Experience in monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and application performance tuning
- Ability to integrate Atlassian platforms with third-party applications and plugins
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and develop subject-matter expertise
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams and contributing to technical decisions
- Ability to guide, mentor, and support team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
