Sales Representative/Manager

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales growth and expanding its market presence in Roxas City and the surrounding Capiz region. You will be responsible for handling client prospecting, building strong customer relations, managing sales reports, and coordinating both field and office tasks to meet business objectives. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your sales skills, work closely with the main office management, and directly impact the company’s daily success. What you'll be doing

Client Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including building relationships with key clients and partners. Customer Relations: Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure excellent customer experiences. Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales metrics, using data to continuously optimize strategies and tactics. Field & Office Coordination: Coordinate cross-functionally with the internal office teams to ensure seamless product delivery during fieldwork. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other sales-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management or the main office.

What we're looking for

Experience: With experience in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably within a fast-paced environment is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to handle both client meetings and office coordination. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to use sales data to inform decision-making. Work Ethic: Demonstrated adaptability to manage both office tasks and on-site field visits with minimal supervision. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; college undergraduates or equivalent experience are highly open to apply.
