About the role

Key Responsibilities1. Legal Compliance & Policy Support

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor code, labor standards, and relevant regulatory mandates. Assist in drafting, updating, and distributing corporate HR policies, employee handbooks, and Code of Conduct guidelines. Ensure company procedures comply with due process requirements and legal standards.2. Disciplinary Action

Receive, document, and track policy infractions, and incident reports. Prepares administrative notices, such as Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Decision (NOD), following established templates and legal timelines. Schedule and log administrative hearings, and fact-finding investigations. Take accurate minutes during administrative hearings.3. Case Tracking & Records Management

Maintain confidentiality and organized digital and physical files for all disciplinary cases, grievances, and labor proceedings. Track the status of ongoing cases and maintain a centralized Labor Relations log or tracker. Generate regular HR analytics and summary reports on disciplinary trends, attrition linked to relations, and case clearance rates.4. Employee Relations

Serve as an accessible point of contact for employees seeking clarification on company rules, due process, and labor rights. Support employee engagement initiatives that foster positive morale, open communication, and fair workplace culture. Qualifications &

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Legal Management, or a related field. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR with exposure to labor relations, employee relations, or legal administration. Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of local labor codes and statutory due process procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail. High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS). Good conflict resolution, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Willing to do field works for investigation
