Company Nurse

Renders first aid during accidents and attends to immediate health concerns of employees. Maintains employee health profile and accident records in compliance with Labor Standards. Promotes health practices and awareness on site. Collaborates with various departments to support the work of the team, unit/site activities, and the accomplishment of positive employee health and welfare outcomes. Performs patient interviews and monitors compliance with the daily health checklist to ensure accurate health information is recorded. Responsible for all coordination and communications with Company Physician, pertinent organizations, LGUs, government agencies, and offices on health-related activities and programs; gather relevant information, data, and updates. Monitors and ensures inventory of medical equipment and supplies, and replenishes as necessary. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time and acts as a reliever as the exigency of service requires.
