The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in ideating and managing digital content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops creative concepts/reels and detailed execution plans to support overall communication and social media campaigns.
• Collaborates with clients and the creative team day-to-day to define content direction and ensure aligned digital execution.
• Strategizes and generates innovative ideas for digital content and campaigns in coordination with the creative team.
• Writes compelling captions and manages content calendars for publishing across social media platforms.
• Participates in content shoots, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and proper execution of approved concepts.
• Engages audiences by responding to inquiries, fostering interaction, and upholding brand identity and client expectations.
• Prepares and analyzes monthly digital and advertising performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Interest in TikTok and current social trends is a must
• Social agency experience is a plus
• Knowledge on content production is a plus

This can be a purely remote job as we are currently working from our homes but we have monthly F2F gatherings and check-ins at Eastwood or Ortigas.
