Key responsibilities

• Find active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update clear job postings
• Schedule interviews, organize logistics, and brief hiring panels
• Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding
• Maintain candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill

About you

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field1 to 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
• Familiarity with ATS software and social recruiting platforms
• Solid understanding of labor laws
