Duties and Responsibilities

• In charge of the day to day operation of the Project
• Ensure compliance to all reports and standards
• Shall perform functions and activities for the project
• Ensures strict coordination and implementation of Project Management policies, guidelines, process flows, and the like, needed for the successful setup and smooth operations of the Project Management Office, including technical operations, security, housekeeping, etc.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• With at least 10 years work experience in residential property or related industries
• Experienced in financial, vendor, and contract management
• Superior people and client relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & Powerpoint)
