LBC Express, Inc. is looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our HR team.

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing, and coordinating recruitment policies and programs to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring that supports the company’s goals and vision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related courses
• At least 1 year of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment
• Experience in corporate and technical hiring is an advantage, but not required
• Preferably a Registered Psychometrician (RPM) or Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA), though not mandatory

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle corporate accounts of LBCWork Conditions
• Location: Five E-com Center, Pasay City
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
