Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients.
- Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
- Prepare payroll 940s, 941s, 1120 and 1065.
- Review financial data and account trends.
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors.
Tax-Oriented Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Understand tax implications of bookkeeping transactions.
- Support accurate tax return preparation.
- Identify year-end adjustments and accruals.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
- QuickBooks Online experience.
- Forms 940, 941, 1120 and 1065 experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-speaking ability.
- Multi-company experience.
- Public accounting experience.
- QuickBooks Online Certification.
