Full job description

• Performs reviews of documents, transactions, processes, systems and reports to ensure compliance with the department’s PRM.
• Helps in monitoring the department’s logs, trackers, reports and observations.
• Assists in coordination with concerned departments for any clarification, correction and validation of data.
• Aids in internal audits on a yearly basis.
• Organizes audit evidences and any supporting documentation.
• Monitors corrective and preventive action plans.
• Supports compliance monitoring and reporting requirements.
• Updating and maintaining the non-conformance monitoring log across all the departments of the organization.
• Works in processing the reported non-conformity across the entire company, together with the Assistant Quality System Manager.
• Researches any discrepancies, issues, concerns and keep oneself updated with the latest trends about ISO;
• Create the minutes of the meetings conducted relevant to the implementation of the Quality

Management System.

• Files and archives the electronic records of the ISO associated documents such as internal audit

results, procedure manuals and forms, etc. and ensuring their appropriate storage as well as retrieving electronic copies of it on behalf of other employees and customers when needed;

• Review and maintain the accuracy of the records, editing documents where necessary for

accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure the timely distribution and/or publication of latest revision level documentation to all

appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution as well as the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.

• Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
• Performs other functions as the need arises.

Education Requirements

• Graduate of BS - Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance or any related field;

Work Experience

• At least one (1) year of work experience in ISO and quality management-related responsibilities

with ISO documentation and archive or records controlling.

Competence and Skills

• Preferably with ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Certification;
• Working knowledge regarding ISO best practices, policies and technology;
• Exceptional research, planning, collaboration, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Highly organized;
• Excellent presentation and communication skills;
• Has strong attention to details;
• An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office Programs;
• Detail-focused document organizing abilities;
• Familiarity with the relevant regulations regarding document keeping and handling;
• Able to proactively manage database changes using software management systems;
• Time oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
